Ron’s passion to help small business owners, in the area of Life Insurance, Disability, and Retirement planning, came from his experience of owning his own company. With 5 partners, personal guarantees on leases, loans for equipment, and several key employees nobody told him how much legal exposure and liability he had taken on in addition to the obvious financial obligations. There were CPA’s and Attorney’s on the team and none of them spoke about what could happen if a partner became sick, injured, disabled, divorced, sued, or filed bankruptcy. These issues happen all the time either by choice or not. These problems can severely affect an individual’s financial future and those are the problems Ron helps to resolve.
Ron and his family live in Gilbert; he has been married for 23 years and has 3 awesome kids.
