Welcome to the Small Business Alliance, where small businesses truly have a big voice. We serve small businesses primarily in the East Valley by representing their interests in local policy, connecting them with other small businesses and reaching out to the community. Our members are community minded leaders who understand the importance of banding together.
The Small Business Alliance founded in June of 2008 by a small group of business owners that had endured challenges of every variety. From the hurdles they experienced with property management, local regulation, and the strenuous operations of a business they discovered a severely underserved need in the business community. Representation, support, and resources. So they decided to make the time within busy retail hours to get involved in the community. They attended Town Council meetings, stakeholders meeting, and organized gatherings amongst tenants of their plaza and other plazas. And from there sprung an organization by small businesses, for small businesses. A place where ideas could be exchanged, encouragement given, and strength in numbers could make improvements for everyone. The Small Business Alliance family was created.
